2 Browser Requirements and Compatibility
Classic View and Modern View screens in Order Administration and Order Orchestration support the current versions of the following browsers:

The latest versions of Chrome and Edge are required in order to avoid display issues in Modern View.Important:
We have confirmed that the removal of browser-native XSLT support in Google Chrome impacts a number of screens within Order Administration (Classic View About,Job schedule page, Advanced Commands page). Once XSLT is disabled, affected screens may not display or function correctly.
To maintain access to the affected functionality, customers should implement one of the following interim workarounds ahead of the browser update:
- Use Mozilla Firefox: Access Order Administration using a Firefox version that retains XSLT support and is supported for your Order Administration release. Validate the affected workflows before switching users.
- Temporarily retain XSLT in managed Chrome browsers: Your IT administrators can set the enterprise policy XSLTEnabled to True (Enabled) through Group Policy or your organisation’s browser management platform. This overrides Chrome’s default XSLT setting while the policy remains supported. Google currently schedules this exception to end on 17 August 2027. See the Chrome enterprise policy documentation.
For customers using Microsoft Edge, an equivalent temporary XSLTEnabled policy is available; Microsoft’s browser rollout and policy lifecycle apply separately. See Microsoft’s policy documentation.
These workarounds provide an interim means of accessing affected functionality. Please have your IT team implement the selected approach and validate the affected Order Administration workflows before the browser change takes effect. A release date for the permanent application correction is not yet confirmed.
Microsoft has deprecated Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10 and recommends using Edge as the default browser. Refer to the Oracle Software Web Browser Support Policy for additional information.
