2 Guidance for Transition to Next Generation SaaS

Oracle recommends that customers using Oracle Retail Order Broker Cloud Service plan to transition to Oracle Retail Order Orchestration Cloud Service, part of the Oracle Retail Order Management Suite Cloud Service.

Oracle Retail Order Orchestration Cloud Service provides enterprise inventory visibility and rules-based order orchestration capabilities within the Oracle Retail Order Management Suite Cloud Service and receives ongoing functional enhancements and quarterly releases.

Customers are encouraged to work with their Oracle representative to review available transition options, understand next-generation capabilities, and develop a transition plan that aligns with their business objectives.

Oracle will continue to provide Critical Updates as part of Oracle's regular security maintenance for Oracle Retail Order Broker Cloud Service. Customer-reported issues will continue to be evaluated through Oracle Support, and critical issues may be addressed through a hotfix, as applicable.
