Customer Service

31097483	Changed the CWEmailOut XML message for a shipment confirmation to include a separate TrackingNumber element for each carton number, if multiple carton numbers use the same tracking number. Also, the carton_number attribute was not previously included in the description of the CWEmailOut message in the online help, so it was added. This attribute was added in version 11.0 of the message.
31124737	Corrected Modern View order entry (CCOE) to disable the tax ID field if you blank out the tax code for the order, indicating that the order is subject to tax.
31168321	Corrected the structure of the CWEmailOut shipment confirmation message to include the tracking number tags under the correct invoice when Consolidated Invoice is not enabled (Consolidated Invoice (B49) is set to N) and there are multiple invoices for the order.
31408410	Corrected updates to the Order Control Summary table for exchanges, shipments, and returns, to be converted to the local currency when multi-currency by offer is in use. The information in the Order Control Summary table is displayed through the Operations Control Summary (FLSH) in Classic View and at the Operations Summary page in Modern View.
32176888	Corrected hold reason code assignment to apply each type of hold reason that the order is eligible for. For example, an order can be eligible for both a header-level hold and a ship-to hold.
32402404	Corrected Classic View order entry (OEOM) to prevent re-adding an accompanying item to the order after it was deleted.
32728328	Corrected order creation through Modern View order entry to prevent an issue in which the order was not submitted to the ORDR_ASYNC job for order and demand updates if the order was placed on QAS or user hold.
32785657	Corrected tickler creation to create a tickler when an order goes on hold in order maintenance.
32789632	Corrected Modern View to prevent an error that was displayed when you entered a misship item.
32817437	Corrected pre-pick generation to generate a new pre-pick if an order line was canceled through the CWCancel request message, but there is still at least one other eligible line on the order.
32919351	Corrected an issue that occurred when you created an order in Modern View and then also updated arrival dates for drop ship items in Modern View; in this case, information about the order lines was not displayed correctly in Classic View order inquiry.

Customer Engagement Integration

32422130	Corrected the RLTSLSF and RLTCSUP periodic functions to no longer send the home store and signup store (based on the Default Location for ORCE Integration (K69) system control value) for a customer when the customer record already has a Relate ID specified. The RLTSLSF and RLTCSUP periodic functions are used when the ORCE Customer Integration (L37) system control value is set to SALES.
32865049	Corrected the SYNCRDB periodic function to no longer send the home store and signup store (based on the Default Location for ORCE Integration (K69) system control value) for a customer when the relate_cust_sync_success tag in the CWOrderIn message is set to Y, even if the customer record does not have a Relate ID specified. The SYNCRDB periodic function is used when the ORCE Customer Integration (L37) system control value is set to INTERACT.

31479785	Corrected CWCancel request processing to prevent writing an Order Transaction History message indicating that a brokered backorder line or a line on a store pickup order was canceled; instead, it writes an Order Transaction History message indicating that the cancellation attempt failed, and generates the cancellation request failure email to the customer.
32718730	Updated the web service definition for the Order Broker Discovery web services to the current version.
32316815	Corrected generation of backorder notices (GBOC) to include order lines whose Order Broker requests were canceled (Z), provided the order lines themselves were not canceled.
32844316	Corrected creation of a fulfilling order for the second line on the order if it was originally assigned to a store location for fulfillment and then assigned back to Order Management System after rejection by the store.

33110999	Corrected amount authorized when a pickable item is added to an order that previously included just a brokered item. This issue occurred if the amount to authorize for the added item was less than for the brokered item.
33116247	Corrected an issue with the authorization amount that could occur during drop ship pick slip/purchase order generation when the order included a brokered item and then a drop-ship item was added to the order.

32846049	Corrected job monitor rules (WJMO) to begin generating alerts at the Alert After Time provided the Sleep Time has also elapsed. Previously, alerts were not generated until the Sleep Time had elapsed twice. Note: The Alert Time and Re-alert After Time would typically be multiples of the Sleep Time. For example, if the Sleep Time is 5 minutes, the Alert Time and Re-alert After Time might be 10 minutes or 15 minutes.
32919925	Increased the size of the job ID field in the Active Procedures table to prevent an issue that prevented Active Procedure records from being created for submitted jobs.
32930460	Corrected an issue that prevented the INVTRAN_IN job from processing updates.
33214646	Corrected an issue that prevented the CWInventoryInquiry request message from generating a valid response.
33244933	Corrected IJCT processing to prevent a situation in which a job that was already running could be started again.

32768507	Corrected Work with Outbound Interface Transactions (WOIT) to enable searching for trigger records when there is a large number of records.
