Properties
Properties define system-wide configuration settings for Order Administration.

The Working with Customer Properties (PROP) menu option contains properties that a user would update, such as system-wide configuration settings for forms, integrations, and system settings.

The Working with Admin Properties (CPRP) menu option contains properties that an administrator would update, such as system-wide configuration settings for email, logging, system and job monitoring, printing, and system settings.
Note:
If you update a property in the Working with Customer Properties (PROP) or Working with Admin Properties (CPRP) menu option, most of your updates take effect immediately.
