Bulk User Configuration

Retailer Administrator users can configure Application Access and Application Permissions for multiple users using the User Configuration spreadsheet.

To perform a bulk update:

1. Download one of the following:
   • A blank User Configuration spreadsheet from the Upload and Download module.
   • The current configuration for selected users using the Download action in the Users page.
2. Update the workbook as required.
3. Upload the completed workbook using either the Upload and Download module or the Upload action on the Users page.
4. Review the Data Loading page for processing results.

Note:

The user must have permission for the Upload-Download module.
