User Maintenance

The Supplier Evaluation and Supply Chain Hub modules each have their own user accounts for managing retailer and supplier users’ access rights in the respective modules. IAM is used as the common identity management system.

The Supplier Evaluation user management facility is extended to also manage aspects of the Supply Chain Hub user accounts. The key features being:

  • Access to Supply Chain Hub is based on the Supplier Evaluation user account access rights/permissions.
  • IAM identity management allows for single sign-on between the modules.
  • Account creation and update are automatically synchronized (see User Integration).
  • Users must accept the Terms and Conditions to access either module.
  • Blocking a Supplier Evaluation account prevents the user from accessing both modules.
