Taxes

Enhancements have been implemented to meet legal requirements.

France Country Accelerator

Fashion Recycle ID

The Fashion Recycle ID is displayed across all receipt types (Standard, and Luxury), invoices, and credit notes.

IDCS/OCI-IAM AppRole Privilege Reduction

The uptake of this patch is required to maintain integrations with existing RGIU Cloud Services. The changes made in this patch support the transition of Oracle Cloud Applications to authenticate using Resource Principle Service Tokens (RPST) instead of traditional OAuth Based authentication. This change enhances security, simplifies token management, and aligns Oracle Cloud services with OCI best practices.

This patch includes enhancements/changes to the OAuth integration and security architecture in alignment with IDCS/OCI-IAM requirements across Oracle Retail Xstore Office and Oracle Retail Xstore. The changes will not impact those Xstore customers who do not integrate with RGIU Cloud Services.

Xstore Office On-Premise Credentials Storage and Secret Management

On Xstore Office On-Premise, Credentials Storage Screen saves the input credentials and then regenerates the secret for it. Secret regeneration requires a call to Retail Home, which in turn necessitates that RHCS credentials are stored. Therefore, ensuring RHCS credential storage is a prerequisite for storing MFCS credentials.

Xstore Startup with MSSQL DB: Scope Sync and Millisecond Handling

During Xstore startup, if sync scope workers find an existing scope with efffective_date containing milliseconds, the application is unable to recognise that entry, causing a primary key violation on insert. However, this is benign as the scope is already present in the database and application functionality is not affected. Rotating the credentials will prevent this exception from appearing in logs.

Note:

Setting up the grace period in Xenvironment will enable early credentials secret rotation. The configuration atom.change-idcs-credentials.days_before can be added/updated in actions.properties to define the grace period before credential expiry. If credentials have expired beyond this period, the secret will be rotated during the next Daily Maintenance run.
