O Appendix: Item Ticket

EICS allows ticket generation and printing from web client as well as MAF client. The ticket created from MAF client can be printed directly to a Bluetooth printer. The set of ticket attributes when printed from a Bluetooth Printer differs from that sent to external web service. The list for each is given below.
