Client System Requirements

Note:

Oracle Retail assumes that the retailer has ensured its Operating System has been patched with all applicable Windows updates.

The following web browsers are supported:

• Mozilla Firefox

• Microsoft Edge

• Google Chrome (Desktop)

Microsoft has deprecated Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10 and recommends using Edge as the default browser. Refer to the Oracle Software Web Browser Support Policy for additional information.

Store Operations Cloud Service (SOCS) Mobile Version Requirements

SOCS Mobile Application Framework (MAF) Archive File

SIOCS 24.1.401.0 uses the same SOCS MAF .maa file as in release 24.1.301.2.

Customers getting updated from 24.1.301.2 EICS (server) version are not required to update the SOCS MAF .maa for 24.1.401.0.

Customers getting updated from any SIOCS version lower than 24.1.301.2 will be required to use the patch details for SOCS MAF for 24.1.301.2 to get the SOCS MAF .maa: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/PatchDetail?patchId=37104520
