Email Header Module

This module delivers high-level information to the customer, and introduces users to the TOU Coach emails.

Configuration Options

For each element listed in the table, indicate the desired configuration in the Input Value column. If you do not provide an input for optional configurations, the default will be used.

User Experience Variations

This section describes user experience variations in the Header module:

Subject Line Variations

The default subject line for TOU Coach emails is, "Hi [first name], your weekly Rate Coach email is here." Depending on the type of email, and the content of the email, the following subject lines are also used:

On the introduction email, the subject line is, "Hi [first name], welcome to your Rate Coach- An email designed to save you money by avoiding high-cost times."
On emails containing the pre-transition TOU Seasonal Transition module, the subject line is, "Hi [first name], your weekly Rate Coach has an update coming [date]."
On emails containing the post-transition TOU Seasonal Transition module, the subject line is, "Hi [first name], your weekly Rate Coach is here with new peak details."
