Preparation

Complete the following activities before starting the migration:

• Disable ESRI ArcGIS Integration in the Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service configuration.

• Optional: Extract asset, location, and work location data snapshots for reference and validation.

• Back up all required databases, configuration, and integration data.

• Confirm that the migration window and rollback plan are approved.
