Preserve Global IDs

Global IDs are critical for maintaining synchronization between Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service and ESRI ArcGIS.

• Copy all existing ArcGIS Global IDs to a new GUID attribute in the ESRI schema.

• Validate that the preserved Global IDs are available before the ArcGIS upgrade.
