Upgrade Overview

Please note that this document focuses only on Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Field Service accelerator upgrades and does not apply to Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Field Service application upgrades.

This chapter provides an overview of the required artifacts needed before upgrading the integration and merging the customizations to the latest version. It focuses on the prerequisites and upgrade matrix necessary for the integration.

Important! Starting V25.4, product release versioning has changed for Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service and the related Oracle Integration Cloud accelerator packages. References to “A”, “B”, or “C” releases no longer apply. Customers should select and upgrade to the latest applicable product versions based on the currently supported release available for each product.

Oracle Field Service versioning has not changed. The “A”, “B”, or “C” release versioning continues to apply to Oracle Field Service.

When upgrading, ensure that the selected versions are compatible across Customers should always review the latest product documentation and upgrade guidance for the target release version and apply the most current supported versions as applicable to their environment.
