17 OCI Logging Tools for Performance Analysis
The Oracle Utilities Cloud Service Platform can search and analyze logs generated by their OUAF services using OCI Logging Tools.
Customers can use OCI logging tools to gain access to key OCI logging and analytics features such as centralized log management, log search and analysis, agents for custom logs, Smart Analytics with Machine Learning, dashboards for monitoring and reporting, and so on.

Typical use cases: Troubleshooting resource issues, auditing access, monitoring for security events, and analyzing application behavior.
Comprehensive Log Coverage Includes:
- User access activities.
- Business user interactions.
- Batch processing logs (errors and outputs).
Troubleshooting application issues, monitoring security events, optimizing resource usage, and compliance reporting.
Is there a preference for capturing CCS Login ID (user@test.com) or CCS User (testuser) logs, or should both be retained?
For access logs, the userId is recorded in an email-style format, such as user@test.com. For user and batch logs, the application records the userId in username format, such as testuser. To ensure complete traceability across all log types, retain both formats.
To enable and configure this feature, refer to Oracle Utilities SaaS - OCI Logging Setup for Customer Telemetry Onboarding (KB917051) on My Oracle Support.
