10 Health Assessment Dashboard
As part of the implementation, customers should review the Health Assessment Dashboard to determine whether the delivered health assessments and associated monitoring capabilities are applicable to their implementation.
The Health Assessment Dashboard provides a centralized view of health assessment results and can help identify potential implementation or operational issues proactively. Customers should review the assessment types delivered with the product and determine whether any of the assessments require attention based on their environment, implementation, or operational practices.
During implementation, consider the following:
- Review the delivered Health Assessment Types, including their eligibility conditions, assessment criteria, severity, rationale, and remediation guidance.
- Determine whether the delivered assessments are applicable to the customer's environment and operational model.
- Review the dashboard visibility settings and determine which assessments should be presented to implementation and operational users.
- Identify opportunities for custom Health Assessment Types where customer-specific implementation standards or conditions need to be monitored.
- For custom assessments that require customer-specific algorithms or scripts, ensure that the appropriate Configuration Tools access is available to the implementation team. Refer to the Configuration Tools section of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework Administrative User Guide for information about configuring algorithms and scripts.
- For on-premises implementations, review the scheduling requirements for the Health Assessment batch process and establish an appropriate schedule for periodically collecting assessment results.
Customers should incorporate the Health Assessment Dashboard review into their implementation activities so that relevant health assessments, access requirements, and monitoring practices are established before moving into production.
