Maintaining Customer Profiles

This portal is used to display and maintain a Customer Profile.

Refer to Understanding Customer Profiles for more information.

To access this portal, open Main Menu, then Customer Information, then Customer Profile. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching for customer profiles.

Once a consumer profile has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal.

The Customer Profile zone shows the customer profile details and attributes.
