Hiding Action Menu Items on the Customer Dashboard
You can use Visual Builder Studio to hide options in the Action menu on the Customer Dashboard.

Example: Hiding an Action in the Secondary Action Menu

Sign in to CX for Utilities Agent Service as an administrator.

Click the menu in the upper-right corner of the page, then select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.

Select your workspace, then click Select. You can also create a new workspace if needed.

In the App UIs panel, expand Oracle Utilities Advanced Care UI application, then navigate to main, then customer-dashboard, and then select customer-dashboard-start.

Select the Variables subtab to display the constants and variables.

Select the USER_SECONDARY_ACTIONS constant.

In the Default Value field, enter the configuration for each action by setting
displaytoofffor each action that you want to hide. Preview your changes to verify that they look as you expected. This will launch a new tab with the Customer Dashboard. Open the Action menu and verify that the appropriate actions are displayed.

When your changes are ready, complete the steps to publish your changes to your production environment.
