Synchronize Fusion Notes

Currently, when users create notes on utility accounts using Account 360 or the Customer Dashboard, those notes need to be synchronized so that they can be seen by other users. To accomplish this synchronization, you must configure the Perform Object Sharing Rule Assignment job and schedule it to run as often as your organization requires. This job synchronizes new notes and also refreshes records that have been updated since the last run.

Configure and Schedule the Job

Complete these steps:

  1. Log into Oracle Fusion as an administrator.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Scheduled Processes.
  3. Click Schedule New Process.
  4. Select Job for the type, and then search for and select Perform Object Sharing Rule Assignment.
  5. Under the Advanced Options section, select the Parameters tab and enter the following parameters:
    • Object: Note
    • Record Selection: Records Since Last Run
  6. Select the Schedule tab and complete these options:
    • Run: Using a schedule
    • Frequency: Hourly/Minute
    • Time Between Runs: Hours: 0 and Minutes: 3
  7. Set the Start Date and End Date fields as needed, and then click Submit.
