Viewing Service Points for a Premises

The Service Points section appears at the bottom of the Premises page, and provides a card for each service point that is available at the premises. Each card provides:

  • Status information to specify whether the service point is in service
  • The dates that the service point has been in service
  • The type of service associated with the service point
  • The feeder and substation information, if available
  • The type of meter associated with the service point
  • The date and time the service point was installed
  • A button to access the service point in the customer information system

Access Service Point Information for a Premises

To access service point information from the Premises screen:

  1. From Account 360, search for the billing account you want to view.
  2. Click on the Premise and Service Details button at the top of the screen.
  3. The Premise drawer opens where you can view all of the premises associated with your selected billing account.
  4. Select a premises to access the Premises screen.
  5. From the Service Points section, you can hover over the card to see additional details.
  6. Click the View in CIS button on a service point card to view it in your customer information system.
