Refresh Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence Data
A full data refresh reloads data from your source applications into Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence. You might need a full refresh when the data in Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence must be resynchronized with the source data, such as after a data issue or another condition that requires the existing data to be reloaded.
To perform a full data refresh, you first disable the incremental data pipeline and submit a service request for Oracle to complete the required internal refresh. After Oracle confirms that the internal refresh is complete, you reset and reload the applicable data sources, and then restore the incremental refresh schedule.
Disable the Incremental Data Pipeline
Disable your scheduled incremental refresh before Oracle begins the internal refresh work.
To disable the incremental data pipeline:
- Sign in to Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence.
- In the Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence Admin Console, under Application Administration, select Data Configuration.
- From the Data Source menu, select the applicable connector, such as Oracle Utilities Customer Data.
- Open Pipeline Settings for the selected data source.
- On the Pipeline Settings page, make a note of the information displayed under Data Refresh Schedule in the Interval menu, as you will re-enable this later.
- Set Interval to None.

- Submit a service request to Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence Support and request a full data refresh.
