Customer - Pay Plan Snapshot
The Pay Plan Snapshot subject area can be used to review and analyze pay plan status, trends, and effectiveness as of selected snapshot periods.
Prerequisite: Configure Pay Plan Future Payment Age Buckets
Answer questions like these:
- How many pay plans existed as of a selected snapshot period, and how were they distributed by status such as active, broken, canceled, and kept?
- How is pay plan effectiveness trending over time based on paid-to-date amount compared with total scheduled payment amount?
- As of a selected snapshot period, how much has already been paid toward pay plans and how much remains scheduled for future payment?
- How many future scheduled payments remain, and what future scheduled payment amount is expected?
- How is the future scheduled payment amount distributed across configured future payment amount buckets?
- What are the average scheduled payment amount, average remaining amount, and pay plan duration as of each snapshot period?
