5 Rates Engagement

The Oracle Utilities Opower Rates Engagement cloud service enables residential and non-residential customers to view and interact with energy cost insights and trends in various Oracle Utilities Opower web and outbound communication cloud service products. It also provides tools that allows customers to learn about available rate plans and view estimated energy cost savings that may result from enrolling in a new rate plan or by changing energy consumption behavior. This information helps customers better understand the cost implications of their energy use and empowers them to more proactively manage their energy efficiency and demand.
