Oracle Utilities Live Energy Connect Server Enhancements

• Added optional /conclude_always and /hard_conclude command line flags to provide two modes of non-standard behavior when concluding an ICCP association with outstanding services.
• Internal fixes and improvements.

Known Issues

This section focuses on the known issues at the time of this release.

• In previous releases (called LiveData Utilities RTI Server), running multiple instances of the Configuration Manager simultaneously could lead to unexpected behavior isolated to the Configuration Manager application.
• Do not run multiple instances of the Configuration Manager on one machine simultaneously. The Configuration Manager is designed to edit and monitor multiple server instances by using configuration aliases.
