Entity Attribute Data Transfer
Utilities can provide entity attribute data for customers, accounts, service agreements, service points, and premises for tracking and targeting purposes. Oracle Utilities Opower uses this information to create tailored communications, recommendations, and user experiences based on customer characteristics and program participation.
For example, utilities can use entity attribute data to identify electric vehicle owners, low-income customers, and customers with heat pumps. Oracle Utilities Opower can use these customer segments to deliver more relevant marketing messages, promote applicable programs, and provide energy-saving recommendations that align with customer needs.
Entity attribute data also includes customer billing and rate information. Oracle Utilities Opower can use this information to support customer segmentation, communication targeting, and program analysis.
