The Proactive Alerts Cloud Service includes digital communications that are designed to educate advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) customers about their utility use. The following components are available in this service:

• High Bill Alerts AMI
• Weekly Energy Updates
• Inside Opower
• Customer Service Interface

Note:

The Proactive Alerts Cloud Service is no longer available for purchase. New versions of High Bill Alerts (AMI) are available in the Oracle Utilities Opower High Bill Alerts Cloud Service, Residential. New versions of Weekly Energy Updates are now called Weekly Engagement Reports, and are available in the Oracle Utilities Opower Weekly Engagement Cloud Service, Residential.
