Configuring and Enabling the Asset Summarization Feature

Asset Summarization relies on generative AI models that must be deployed as part of your cloud service implementation. Please contact your Oracle Customer Success Manager if you wish to use Asset Summarization.

Configuring and enabling the Asset Summarization feature involves the following:

Bucket Configuration

Asset Summarization uses a bucket configuration to interpret values during the summarization process. Asset summarization should use the bucket configurations defined for the Asset 360 portal if defined.

If your system doesn't have the following bucket configurations defined, add them as outlined in the sections below, adjusting specific values as appropriate for your implementation:

Confidence Rating

• Business Object: Asset Bucket Configuration (W1-AssetBucketConfiguration)

• Description: Asset 360 Confidence Rating
• Bucket Value Ranges:

Asset Summary Master Configuration

If the Asset Summary Master Configuration has not been configured, create it as follows:

Bucket Configuration Parameters:

Condition Rating	Asset Condition Rating (the Condition Rating configuration you created above)

Risk	Asset 360 Risk (the Risk configuration you created above)

Add Application Service to Applicable User Groups

To enable access to the Asset Summarization feature, add the Asset Summary Page Action (W1-ASTSUMPA) application service to the appropriate user groups.
