Extended APDU Format
Any APDU classified as extended must follow the format defined by ISO/IEC 7816-4:2013 for extended length APDU and summarized in the following table.

The encoding rules are defined as:
For LC:

If LC field is absent, Nc = 0.

If LC is present as one byte with values between

If LC is present as an extended field, then it will be three bytes in length: byte one will be
