Using the On-card Installer for Deletion

The GP ISD in the simulator provides the ability to delete CAP files and applet instances from the card's memory. Once GP ISD is selected, it can receive deletion requests from a client application (off-card) using AMService API which is sending APDUs compliant with GP SCP03. Requests to delete an applet or CAP file cannot be sent from an applet on the card.
