This image shows the fields when the Presentation tab is selected for the form’s Properties pane. There is a Title field with value Subscription Form and a Description field. The Auto Binding checkbox is selected. In the Presentation section the add presentation icon is highlighted with a red callout. The SubscriptionForm presentation is present in this section with a star next to it to indicate that it is the default presentation.
