This image shows the Create Application dialog. A green Create button is displayed at the top left. There are four field with values entered in them (from top to bottom):
Title:Subscription Application Identifier Name: SubscriptionApplication Version Tag: 1.0 Enter a description: App to subscribe to a service
The Title, Identifier Name, and Version Tag fields are mandatory.
