Stopping Servers and Processes

Before you migrate your Oracle Business Intelligence metadata and configuration to Oracle Analytics Server, stop the Oracle Analytics Server instance, OBIS1, OBIPS1, Administration Servers, Managed Servers, and the Node Manager.

To stop your Fusion Middleware environment:

1. Change to the following directory in your Oracle Analytics Server instance:
   • (Linux) DOMAIN_HOME/bitools/bin
   • (Windows) DOMAIN_HOME\bitools\bin
2. To stop the Oracle Analytics Server instance and servers, enter the following command:
   • (Linux) stop.sh
   • (Windows) stop.cmd

   Note:

   When prompted to enter the password, specify the Node Manager password that you entered while configuring the Oracle Analytics Server domain.
