A marker Interface for implementation which is supposed to maintain
formating state/context for FormatHandler, like if FormatHandler
is for HTML kind of document and HTML tags state/context has to be maintained
while rendering(i.e. visiting or flatening the component) this will be
place-holder for putting HTML style attribute and 'TD' content.
