Use the lowerLabelFrame tag to specify the colors for the frame behind the bottom label. This lowerLabelFrame tag also controls the visibility of this frame.
The lowerLabelFrame tag is a child tag of the gauge tag.
The lowerLabelFrame tag can have a child tag: specialEffects
