  PROVIDER_URL | The URL for a WebLogic server t3 port, required when creating an IContext. Legal URL syntax includes t3://hostname[,hostname]*:portnumber or t3://hostname:port[,hosthame:port] . The ContextFactory.CreateContext call iterates over each component address until one succeeds or all fail. For additional information on URLs, see the WebLogic JMS .NET client documentation.
