Force Suspend Resource Group

/management/weblogic/{version}/serverRuntime/forceSuspendResourceGroup
Transitions the resource group from RUNNING
to ADMIN
state forcefully cancelling inflight work.
Work that cannot be cancelled is dropped. Applications are brought into the admin mode. This is the supported way of force suspending the resource group and getting it into ADMIN
state.
