USESNAPSHOT option NOT available for Oracle 8
Cause
USESNAPSHOT is only available for Oracle 9i and later. It causes Extract to use the Flashback Query mechanism to fetch data needed to reconstruct certain operations.
Action
Remove USESNAPSHOT from FETCHOPTIONS.
