Cause
Oracle GoldenGate could not open the specified archive log.
Action
Check to see if the disk is full. If not, verify whether the Extract user has operating system privileges to read the file. If you have to grant permissions, stop Manager and then exit GGSCI. Next, close the terminal session. Start the processes again from a new session.
