Cause
The specified table does not have DATA CAPTURE CHANGES turned on. This is required by Extract.
Action
Use the TRANLOGOPTIONS parameter with the IGNOREDATACAPTURECHANGES option to cause Extract to ignore tables for which DATA CAPTURE CHANGES is not set. This option enables you to use a wildcarded table specification for tables that have change capture enabled, while skipping tables with matching names that do not have it enabled.
