Unable to determine the database name
Cause
The process could not determine the name of the database in order to establish a connection.
Action
Make certain that the Oracle GoldenGate user has privileges to query the database name. Also, make certain that the SOURCEDB or TARGETDB parameter is specified, if required for this database type.
