This parameter is being used with HANDLECOLLISIONS to skip key UPDATEs if the corresponding target row does not exist. This can compromise target data integrity and should not be done without guidance from an Oracle support analyst. _ALLOWPKMISSINGROWCOLLISIONS is an unpublished parameter and typically is only used with the guidance of Oracle technical-support personnel.
