Cause
An attempt by the process to use the operating system to lock a file failed because the file is in use by another process. If possible, the identifier of the offending process is shown.
Action
Make certain that the file is supposed to be in the Oracle GoldenGate configuration, and that a typo did not cause a different file to be used. Verify that the file system that is being used is supported by Oracle GoldenGate.
