Non-zero value for delay required when calling {0}
Cause
This is an internal error and should not occur in production. A polling error occurred. Configuration of the Oracle GoldenGate error logging subsystem via the Activity Logging class can be set up so that a specific file is polled for every N milliseconds. If N is zero, it is considered a programming error and this message is issued.
