OLE DB Error: Incompatible driver error DSN '{0}' SQL Server {1} requires {2}
Cause
The DSN that is specified with TARGETDB in the Replicat parameter file does not specify a connection driver that is compatible with the selected SQL Server in that specification.
Action
Make certain the correct DSN is specified for TARGETDB and, if so, make certain that the driver and the database server that are specified in the DSN definition are compatible.
