Bounded Recovery is not used. Normal recovery is only used due to altered checkpoint.
Cause
User altered checkpoint by executing ADD or ALTER Extract commands. Extract will use Normal Recovery for the current run and then turn on Bounded Recovery after the recovery is complete.
