Cause
The Oracle GoldenGate Monitor Java Agent was not installed properly.
Action
Reinstall the Oracle GoldenGate Monitor Java Agent according to the instructions in the Oracle GoldenGate Monitor administration documentation. Make certain that the jagent.jar file exists in the dirjar directory.
