Cause
Partial LOB/XML update operations are not supported for this database source or target.
Action
Add FETCHPARTIALLOB/FETCHPARTIALXML option(s) as appropriate in the TRANLOGOPTIONS parameter in the Extract parameter file, and then restart Extract.
