Extract will fetch all LONG columns because archiving mode is disabled.
Cause
Archiving mode is disabled. The redo log may not contain the complete image of LONG columns, so Extract must fetch LONG columns to maintain data integrity.
Action
Enable database archiving mode or use the TRANLOGOPTIONS parameter with the NOFORCEFETCHLONGCOLUMN option.
