Cause
The parameter file contains the SHOWSYNTAX parameter, which is not compatible with the BATCHSQL parameter. BATCHSQL is disabled.
Action
Remove SHOWSYNTAX to use BATCHSQL or specify the NOBATCHSQL parameter to use SHOWSYNTAX.
