Cause
Extract has not yet established a checkpoint that is new enough for Extract to be upgraded.
Action
Issue the INFO EXTRACT command with the UPGRADE argument to determine whether Extract is ready to be upgraded, and then issue the ALTER EXTRACT command with the UPGRADE TO INTEGRATED TRANLOG argument to perform the upgrade.
