FETCHUSERID parameter is only supported when Extract is configured in Integrated Capture mode.
Cause
FETCHUSERID parameter was specified in the Extract parameter file, but Integrated Capture mode is not configured.
Action
Remove the FETCHUSERID parameter from the Extract parameter file or configure Extract to use Integrated Capture.
